STAT Climate’s been awesome so far, one thing I admire greatly about them is their response level (which is a virtue I value a lot as far as Facility maintenance is concerned), they are always there at the exact time when you need them. I have had a couple of HVAC complaints from several of our tenants and using STAT Climate as a backup to get the trouble resolved couldn’t have been any better.
