STAT Climate Control Solutions did a really good job installing my AC unit, even though it wasn’t the easiest setup. My basement is a finished legal suite, and the mechanical room was on the other side of the suite. They had to go through the ceiling of one of the rooms to pass the pipes and electrical wiring from the mechanical room to the outdoor unit.Even with the tricky setup, they made it work and did the job really well. Super professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing as they also took time to explain everything I needed to know.If you need HVAC services, I highly recommend them!
Called STAT Climate Controls Solutions in regards to a furnace related issue, the Tech (John Sinclair) was fantastic. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were firing up the A/C units for the summer, but something was not quite right. Called STAT because their sticker was on the units, and received a very warm welcome and a quick appointment date. Technician was right on time and knew what he was looking for and doing. Repaired some miswiring from a previous tech who had changed the thermostat for heat during the middle of the winter. Fired everything up and measured pressure, temperature on each air outlet, and overall air flow. Cleanup up the furnaces and filters while he was at it. Still had timeleft over on his basic time allotmentso he checked the outdoor condenser air flows and touched up the coils. System chugged away like a charm all summer.We will definitely call them back here next Spring. Well managed company with great staff! Thank You!

I was debating between a 4* and 5* review. There was an initial issue with the appointment but I have to admit STAT pulled all stops when they realized their mistake and did right by the customer. I was especially impressed with the service tech (Delaine N.); the problem was intermittent and difficult to pin down. I do have a basic understanding of electrical wiring and Delaine went through his analysis with me and ensure I clearly knew what he was doing and why. He was finally able to pinpoint the problem after much back and forth analysis and testing and I now have a much better understanding of my HVAC system.5 stars - solid.

Called for an emergency furnace repair for one of my rental properties after hours and the technician was quick and honest. After reviewing my options I decided to go with a new high efficiency furnace. The installation team was friendly and did a fantastic job on the installation. The office and comfort advisor walked me through the whole process very professionally and even the owner called to follow up with me.
