STAT Climate Control Solutions provides an honest, not cheapest HVAC and Refrigeration mechanical services for my Tim Horton’s locations. They don’t hide future repairs for quick gain. They say it as it is. They have a front office dispatch superstar and very knowledgeable technicians. If the technician on site is not sure of something, he will call another colleague that knows. Their response time is very fast for emergencies, and they have saved me a lot of money from the quarterly preventative maintenance.

We have been using STAT for a number of years for all our HVAC service needs for our home.  My first encounter with STAT was through my work as they provide service to several of our locations and I felt that given the level of care they provided, that they would certainly be great for our home services – and I was certainly not wrong.  Very quick response and upfront and honest with what I consider to be very fair pricing.

I have been lucky enough to have STAT Climate as a HVAC contractor now for our commercial buildings for over twelve years! The service is great, from the office staff to the people in the field, they explain the problem and what they need to do for repair. Clear and precise explanations on all quarterly inspections make our repair list easier to decide what is priority. Any emergency calls are dealt with very quickly for us as well.  An all-around good company to work with.

STAT Climate’s been awesome so far, one thing I admire greatly about them is their response level (which is a virtue I value a lot as far as Facility maintenance is concerned), they are always there at the exact time when you need them.
