Called STAT Climate Controls Solutions in regards to a furnace related issue, the Tech (John Sinclair) was fantastic. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions with ease and his expertise was essential is tackling a long standing problem with our furnace. Thanks again John Sinclair. We were firing up the A/C units for the summer, but something was not quite right. Called STAT because their sticker was on the units, and received a very warm welcome and a quick appointment date. Technician was right on time and knew what he was looking for and doing. Repaired some miswiring from a previous tech who had changed the thermostat for heat during the middle of the winter. Fired everything up and measured pressure, temperature on each air outlet, and overall air flow. Cleanup up the furnaces and filters while he was at it. Still had timeleft over on his basic time allotmentso he checked the outdoor condenser air flows and touched up the coils. System chugged away like a charm all summer.We will definitely call them back here next Spring. Well managed company with great staff! Thank You!

Scheduling an appointment was easy, accommodated our emergency request - HVAC wasn’t working and we were having an event.Mike, the technician, came within 30 minutes, did not wasted any time and directly went into the work. Diagnosed the problem and went ahead with resolving the issue. He is a knowledgeable person and could see his interest. I was debating between a 4* and 5* review. There was an initial issue with the appointment but I have to admit STAT pulled all stops when they realized their mistake and did right by the customer. I was especially impressed with the service tech (Delaine N.); the problem was intermittent and difficult to pin down. I do have a basic understanding of electrical wiring and Delaine went through his analysis with me and ensure I clearly knew what he was doing and why. He was finally able to pinpoint the problem after much back and forth analysis and testing and I now have a much better understanding of my HVAC system.5 stars - solid.

Called for an emergency furnace repair for one of my rental properties after hours and the technician was quick and honest. After reviewing my options I decided to go with a new high efficiency furnace. The installation team was friendly and did a fantastic job on the installation. We were is a very tight situation...no heating on new years eve...thier number came up on my Google search and so I called them. They responded quickly and professionally. Tips & Suggestions for Server Rooms

Account for Proper Airflow

The equipment on racks must allow for the air to move between the servers in order to maximize the precise control of temperature within the room.

Consider Design Arrangement

Professionally designed server rooms may have accounted for the strategic placement of each server onto a rack. Rearranging electronic equipment on the racks may create empty spaces or placing servers closer together could upset the balance of equipment distribution creating more heat than the system can regulate. Your server room may have been designed with the rack placement distributed in a coordinated manner so the HVAC system can maximize temperature control.

Expansion Considerations

There are times when an organization grows and the need for more servers increases. Adding more servers also means you are adding more heat generating electronic equipment. It’s recommended that you plan in advance for expanding your server room which will mitigate upgrading it later which may lead to costly retrofits.

Monitor the Server Room

It’s always best to be proactive and continually monitor the server room and confirm it is within the acceptable temperature range that the design allows for. You’ll know sooner if the HVAC system fails giving you the opportunity to correct the issue before equipment can be severely damaged.

When HVAC Repair is Needed for Data Centres

When a server room’s cooling fails and you need HVAC repairs and service immediately – take precautionary measures:

Open the Door to the Cooling Room - this will help provide additional ventilation for the equipment
Add a Room Fan to Further Circulate the Air Flow - direct the fan to blow the air from behind the equipment out towards the open door
Remove a Ceiling Tile or Two Above the Equipment - hot air rises and this will help dissipate the heat to rise above the equipment
